Trainees are welcome to come and use the labs for training and/or testing purposes at any location of our network.

We offer our trainees an unlimited repeat service to the courses and subjects they attended, this value helps the trainees to refresh their information and achieve the benefit from attending the training.

We offer all our trainees who attending any course, whether it is a high-level or low-level course a 3 Months Free after Course Support to Keep in Touch with the latest Technologies.

Quality Assurance

At the end of every class, each student completes an evaluation of his/her learning experience. This evaluation quantifies through ratings the quality of the instructions, the facilities, and the process of registration and attendance. Members of the staff, sales, facilities, training and general management review these ratings. Any marks below the superior ranking are immediately investigated and resolved. Additionally, management monitors classes regularly to further ensure compliance with the international IT training standards.

Monitoring Process

Tracking the Training, and Monitoring it is the Base of the Mission, SBS Developed methods and tools to keep you up-to-date with the training Status.

Our Mission during the Course limit is to gather the information regarding the trainee’s status, and other progresses which will be delivered at the Closing of each course.

The information is collected from the following resources:

·        Class Rosters

Each Course will be monitored by Rosters to gather the attendance information. Whenever an absence is shown (for two repeated sessions); a report will reach his division to follow up the reasons of it.

·        Quizzes, Exams, and Projects

At the closing of each Course the Trainers and SBS Administration will perform routine Quizzes to Monitor the Visible progress of the trainees, and to underline any missing information that might occur, the missing information will be repeated to achieve a higher level of training Benefits.

·        Final Report

A Final Report Describing the trainees’ attendance, Tools Mastery, problem Solving, Visible Progress, and Sense of responsibility are delivered to monitor the Trainees progress.

Employee Assessment 

SBS developed an advanced assessment given to the students before starting a course to make sure that all the students who attend a certain course are on the same level, and by that we can be sure that all the attendance can benefit from the course.

Instructors Qualifications

Our Professional Team Gathered a High end professional Instructors, each one is highly specialized in the field he demonstrates, and certified as a Trainer in addition to the certification he holds.
